Aleja is proud to present this class exclusively to individuals and families who intend to show up for the mothers/parents in their inner circles in the most supportive way possible.

With 10 years of experience in the world of pregnancy, birth and postpartum Aleja shares often overlooked, forgotten components, as well as traditional, life-supporting approaches for the family systems of expecting mothers.
